Bartenders
All are bartenders are ProServe Certified and trained in bottle service, hiballs and simple bar set ups. Our team can create a signature cocktail for your special event. Or you can upgrade to a Mixologist for that extra special touch!
Servers
Our servers are true customer service professionals. They will greet your guests with a smile and ensure that water glasses are always filled. We service buffet style dinners, casual sit-down meals, passed appetizers and plated formal dinners.
Catering Crew
Our Special Event Staff worked seamlessly into your catering team. With the direction of your head chef or event manager our staff can help set up and plate for food service as well as run food, serve guests and tidy up. Ask about setting up an account a receive special pricing for your upcoming events.
Set up and Clean Up
We assist with large sets ups for corporate events, weddings, tradeshows, festivals, awards etc. This includes setting up buffet service, alcohol service, creating specialty cocktails, pre pouring for major speeches/celebrations/welcome cocktails, formal table setting, dessert tables, coffee and tea stations.
